My name is Meghan Parker.  I am an artist and secondary school visual arts teacher. I am painter of whimsical colourful floral forests and bears! The comicwork shown on this website is from my MA thesis completed at Simon Fraser University.  The thesis is a graphic autobiographical inquiry in comic book form.  Through my work I am exploring my personal experiences and reflections as an early-career secondary public-school art teacher in the process of understanding and developing my artistic, teaching and inquiry practices.
